台灣的法律哪有嚴格?? 都是抄襲德法的歐陸法，很多不是自己發明的，買螢幕報碳粉本來就算貪汙！人不要貪心就不會犯法 
買螢幕報螢幕，買碳粉就報碳粉是不懂怎麼報?? 就像健保報A藥給B藥被捉包一樣法律上就是詐欺，沒想到台灣學術界還可以這樣積非成是歐。法律有問題可以提出修法，而不是積非成是把不對的行為硬說成對的行為。還有說實驗排隊怎樣?? 那就排隊，如果覺得賭塞不想排隊可以向學校提出申請添購儀器設備。如果學校不允許一定有原因的啦不會故意去擋教授添購實驗器材
